Meeting Maria Chiara Arona of Pink&Chic and Up-and-Coming Designer, Laura Mancini

Today was the day to finally meet Maria and she could not have been any more up-beat with her empowering personality.  As I walked through the cobblestone walkway, Fulvio was camera ready, and Maria was spotted in her white dress and standing strong and confident in her heels.  It was so inspirational to listen to what Maria had to say about the empire that she built in order to pursue her dreams of working for herself and having the pleasure of being surrounded by her close friends at the same time. Maria keeps herself up on here feet at all times with two phones at hand. Her life is fast-paced with a busy schedule which is something that I ideally want for myself as a career.

I can really see myself working alongside someone as vibrant as Maria because she understands the business and knows exactly what she wants and where she wants to be with her company. This is something that I can relate to, being that I am utterly devoted to the fashion industry and everything that contributes to the success of a business or product and especially a designer clothing collection.

Down the street from Pink&Chic was one of Maria's client by the name of Laura Mancini who has a complete different outlook on fashion and designing a collection based on her childhood memory of having peacock feathers around the house.  I truly admire Laura's thought process and the way that she took on her design projects because I am always trying to envision things much differently as well.  With having the chance to meet Laura, I was able to picture myself with my future endeavors and progressing towards my professional life.

Tu tu skirts are not just for little ballerinas anymore, they can be worn by young women who want to mix boldness with a girlie skirt to create a daring outfit.

These tights are a signature piece by Laura Mancini with her own peacock feather design.

Visit Laura Mancini's website and view dresses that are genuinely designed by Laura who has a background in graphics and web design.
