Giuseppe Meda was a painter, architect, and Italian engineer.
This piece was contributes to the celebration of Milan and was built in 1565 by "Scipione Delfinone embroiderers and Camillo Pusterla designed by Giuseppe Meda. On both sides of the banner appears at the center of the figure of St. Ambrose in place to drive the Aryans, while the sides are narrated the salient episodes of the life of the saint and the bottom are depicted the arms of the city gates. Completing the exhibition are some of the seventeenth century tapestries with the stories of Elijah and Elisha, fabric manufacturers in Brussels."
